3D glasses with every computer
Every day I check out the astronomy picture of the day. Today's picture was a 3D (red/blue) picture of Mars. I was even able to look at it, cuz i got 3D glasses at my desk. I think every computer should come standard with a pair of 3D glasses.

bird poop tuesdays
Today, I was innocently standing at the train station when a stealth pigeon pooped all over my shoulder and arm. Last tuesday, I got bird poop on my back at McDonalds. It seems that Tuesdays are now my bird poop days, so I wrote a poem...
Oh, the wretched day of tue
Tis my day of the bird poo poo
Indeed what shall i ever do?
I hate pigeons and more and yet more

respect buses
Cars really need to respect buses more. Buses carry many many more people than a car. So please don't honk at a bus that cuts you off. Because you are honking at about 50 people that are saving the environment while the car is wasting our earth away.

geodesic dome home
I wonder what it is like to live in one of these dome things. This one looks really nice. This one looks like crap. You end up with lots of triangle windows and hexagon windows. And you're kitchen is just plain wacky with cabinets cut in half and normal rectangular furniture that just doesn't fit. And then you get to have really cool submerged triangle couches.

I often ignore the impulse while standing inside an elevator to push a secret combination of buttons to see if it will take me to an unknown lair in the building.

The joys of gas stations
I noticed today that I never have seen a gas station inside a building. I wonder if there is some sort of law that states that you cannot place a gas station inside a building.
I was walking through a gas station in River North in Chicago (north of all the tall buildings in chicago) and noticed the nice view given because the gas station was so flat and low compared to the rest of the buildings. Despite the fact that I own no car, I enjoy gas stations in the city.
The joys of gas stations
* Pedestrians can cut the corner.
* No high buildings blocking panoramic views
* Quickie-Marts
* The sweet smell of gasoline (uh, not)
* Non-car owners are reminded of the savings of owning no car
* Fill up bike tires with air

I was just looking at these letter combinations used to create accents on letters...
the option-u is appropiate for ë, because a "u" has two prongy thingys, therefore, two dots on the ë.
the option-i is good for ê, because a "i" kinda points up to the sky, much like the carrot on the ê.
the option -e is good for é, because the bottom part of an "e" points up on an angle, like the é.
