Carol Mailho: I enjoy Walgreen's especially due to a young lady by the name of Shelli. Shelli is always more than helpful with everything I have ever asked about. If she doesn't know the answer she will tell you so. She has the most beautiful smile and contagious laugh of anyone I have ever met. I can be down in the dumps and go in to Walgreens and see her beautiful smile and friendliness she makeds the blues turn to pur sunshine. Walgreens has a real asset to have her in their store. Give her the credit she so deserves. ...

Tom: 'Hey, i need a 4 letter word with ai in the middle' bain, pain, gain, wain ...

Pam: So many creative ways people are trying to fix or explain these symptoms! My experience with ear dr. and neurologist is that their concern is to rule out a brain tumor or other identifiable (and treatable) 'disease.' Hopefully, everyone gets a check-up and an all-clear from a dr. Whoever said it's serotonin related....I don't take anti-depressants either but psychotropic drugs act on the brain's receptors & chemicals so maybe even without drugs the same mechanism occurs as with drug withdrawal (erratic fluctuations or sudden changes) that produce the same symptoms. It seems like this is a symptom like 'headache' or 'nausea' that can be caused by different things. If it were a thing in and of itself, the dr's wouldn't look at us like we're crazy! Someone asked: I have found acupuncture helpful. And the herbs that come with it. Also: My zaps are in groups, and leave me feeling disoriented, dizzy and fatigued and sometimes warmer, like a hot flash. I am often affected enough to react and the reaction is noticed by others. There is an increase in vertigo and also the sensation of internal rotation. ...

John Lumadue: Iowa is a 4 letter word with 3 vowels Iowa also is the only state that starts with 2 vowels ...

Rascan: Sorry to say, but it is nice to see I am not alone with the same as symptoms. I concern remains the same... so many people and no one knows what is going on and how this is going to affect long term health... What I can say is naps do help and reducing stress. In my life I cant get rid of stress. I am 45 and have had this for over 10 years... worst in the past 4 years. Meds were okay to reduce stress but did nothing to change the buzzing in my head. If anyone ever gets something that really works send me an email. I would love to learn more. I will do all of the the same... We should have a face book group page... lol. Take care all stay safe. ...

edwin: Dear people, i wish to inform you that i am controlling these shocks now, and to what use to be like twenty shocks a night, i know only have like one or at the most two. How did i do it. By avoiding foods containing CALCIUM, and by taking 25mg of zinc twice a week, also eating brocolli and spinach for its high magnesium content. I still don't know weather salt adds to the problem or helps take it away, but have added a little salt to my diet and do drink lots of water, except when i plan to go to sleep, for even water contains calcium. The problem with calcium is a biochemical one where it tends to fire the neurons. Also eating too much and being fat on what we eat causes the shocks, therefor eat less. The shocks are a way of the body telling us that we are too fat or overweight, and that the excess glutamine in our blood because of eating to much is overacumulating in our brain and causing along with calcium the the excessive firing of brain cells. Oh and when you eat Monosodium Glutamate, this makes matters ten times ...

Tom: Dumpster is a genericized trademark of Dumpster, a American brand name for a type of mobile garbage bin (MGB). Generic usage of dumpster is also common in Australia, although Dumpster is not an established brand there. ...

Lisa S.: I'm NOT lying! It's in the AP Stylebook! You want to hear something that's really going to blow your mind? Escalator is a brand name, too. The generic term is "moving staircase." ...

spudart: Holdthephone. Dumpster is a brand name? No it isn't. You are lying. ...

Lisa S.: Two things: Tom - "bene"? Matt - Styrofoam is a brand name, hence the capitalization. Kind of like Dumpster. Or Kleenex! #themoreyouknow ...

Carl: I went to the hospital when I was 24 because I was having arrythmia. They said it was stress and prescribed me SSRI's. I took them for a couple years still having arrythmia. I decided to stop taking the depression medicine and experienced brain shocks. It felt a little like when your about to fall asleep and then wake to the feeling of actually falling only this happened about every 5 seconds while I was awake. That was 16 years ago. I have tried to get off the drugs many times but ended up on more and more expensive ones. The doctors swear they are not addictive. That is a lie!! Turns out my heart problems are real and not related to stress. Thank you doctors and pharmacutical companies for imprisoning me while I pay for it. Not much different than crack dealers to me. ...

Richard W Carpenter: Remember the soda stand, back in the day at any given Drug store(pharmys).Have a soda are coffee while you wait for your medications, wonder where they are now, I bet they still be great bussiness if someone cornered the market on them, bring back the soda stands back to your local drug store. Today I belive its the people that make the great store.Walgreens is the place I trust. ...

grace hart: your mama so fat she had to pull up her fatness so they can see her pants. ...

unlikelymoose: its pretty cool how "crzay" reads the same way as "crazy". This could catch on! ...

unlikelymoose: Ha. That's funny. This concept really does play off the whole notion that you can inspect everything that someone is buying in the checkout lane. In the context of your post, it's rather funny to think you can enter a stranger's life by judging every single item they place on the store's conveyor belt and that's okay. ...

unlikelymoose: how about one step further? "patrick physics" ...

unlikelymoose: I was very disappointed during my freshman year of high school to be told that "business" is not spelled "buisness". ...

unlikelymoose: I suppose it's natural to have teenagers do self-portraits. I'd like to see the MCA encourage teen artists to indulge in something more challenging than study of the self. At least they're getting the younger gen involved. ...

DeMarco Horace: I love going to walgreens cause they have almost everything I need for school and holidays ect.. the list goes on I go there everytime I get some spending money :)) ...

Kerri: I had a seizure 3 yrs ago, actually one right after the other. I heard a loud noise like a transformer blew. 20 mins later, I had a partial seizure on the right side of my body, shaking, drooling, etc. Paramedics came, diagnosed me with an anxiety attack, then it happened again 15 mins after they left. Saw 2 neuros and all tests came back clean. Had to see a cardiologist to see if it was a problem with my heart, all tests ok. About a week after all of this, I started experiencing vertigo, brain zaps, dizziness. Sometimes I felt really discombobulated. I had this probably once or twice a month since then. 2 yrs later, I was in the hospital, drs thought I had a stroke. It turned out to be BPPV. I had to go to physical therapy. After that the episodes were worse, happening once or twice a week. saw neuro again who said I needed to be on carbatrol, I took one and couldn't function. Long story short, the started happening every day, I would black out for a couple of ...

Kathy: Went to your store #348004 @1021 HWy 321 Lenoir City. I was serviced by Danny P. at register #2. I am 62 yrs old and requersted a Senior Citizen discount. I purchased two med. coffees combo w/ two donuts for each coffee. The Mgr was an Indian gentleman and he informed me that my combo purchase was already discounted and I did not get a senior discount. First of all I am an avid DD customer and have never been treated so rudely.. It was like I was trying to take money from his pocket. Have never been refused before. Needless to say I was unhappy, as was my husband. We travel sometines 68 miles to get a DD coffee and a muffin. Foolish as this may sound we recently relocated to Rome, GA (No DD in town, nor for 62 miles) from MA (two DD in town)Then the cashier kept my reciept. At any rate, just thought I would regiuster my complaint. ...

P.LAWR: I enjoy going to walgreens. everyone is always so nice. If i can't find something there is always someone to help. the store is always very clean. ...

Gregory Pilcher: The pharmacist was very helpful in getting my insulin syringes. The price was reasonable also. Thank you. ...

John: It's not just long words they reject. I had a simple 5-letter word they rejected. They have no real criteria for accepting and rejecting. A lot depends on the mood the judge that looks at your word is in. If in a bad mood, fugetaboutit! If in a good mood, maybe. Let's face it, they are elitist snobs. They reject your stuff because it empowers them to do so, nothing more. The phoniness of Urban Dictionary is at least consistent. ...

Gary: I go to DD everyday and I Brittany is very good with getting my order correctly ...

Ian from Oz: I have had the electric volts for approximately 5 years now and for me they occur only at the time I am about to fall asleep. When they are bad, they can keep me awake for several hours until I am that fatigued that I finally fall asleep. The shocks come and go. I can go for months without them and suddenly they kick in and can last for a couple of weeks. Had an MRI with no result. My doctor suggested that it was the body not turning off the 'fight or flight' response and so keeping you awake for a danger that does not exist. I have looked at all my possible triggers but without luck so far. I am on blood pressure pills but my doc did not think these were related. She suggested that when I have these 'attacks' on a persistent basis to take valium for a week or so. The valium has been the only thing that has worked consistently so far to stop the attacks (ie until they recur seemingly randomly months later). I start off with a 5mg tablet and quickly reduce that ...

heather o'connell: fine experince ...
