Snowballs in famous places

During the winter, it would be fun to leave snowballs at famous places and take photos. What would someone think when encountering a snowball on the Tribune Tower? Is someone gearing up for a snowball fight? Did someone just have a snowball fight? Or perhaps it's encouraging people to throw snowballs at each other.
