the bike illusration is nice too.

why is the baby wearing a university of kansas shirt?
The university of kansas shirt is because my creative director attended that university.
And for the cute baby head, it's really a simple formula. Just stick the face (eyes, nose, mouth) at the very bottom of an oval. And the little hair has the position so the head looks even more 3D.
