Apple just regeared their iPod line. The iPod photo is now the standard iPod. So all standard iPods now have a color screen that can display photos. Why buy them from Apple, when you can get them cheaper from Amazon?

I've been thinking about getting an ipod, and was considering the ipod mini silver 4GB: Amazon: $189.05

But the new regular ipods would be handy on vacation, and be able to upload a ton of photos for storage on the ipod. There's 20GB of space, plenty of room to dump photos and be able to clear your memory card. You just have to get:

Just remember this connector only works with the new ipods (with color display) and the old ipod photo. And it will work with certain cameras.

The ability to dump off photos shot with my digital camera onto the ipod is really tempting.
