Walking from my apartment in Chicago to Lisa's in Montgomery: Doing one block in three minutes pace (that's not fast, leisurely)...
I will cover the 47.90 miles
in 19.16 hours. So with some breaks here and there, it will take me two days with about 10 hours each day of walking.
I've got one of them big spiral bound book map things of chicago. Y'know with the real detailed stuff. I'm gonna xerox all the pages with my path, and then assemble them, and hang them up on a wall at home.
And I could photograph snapshots along the way. It'll be the the "50-mile city hike."
