This post was inspired by Sara's original post called " Why I Like Snow" on her livejournal. I TOTALLY agree with her points #1, 2, 3, 6, 10.

I love this. And I love snow. I love it because it's beautiful. I love snow after it has covered everything and all is still; the more snow the better.
I have images in my head from when I was young of deep snow, deep even on pine branches and a deep dark grey
sky. The contrast of the bright white voluminous snow against the dark background was truly peaceful and beautiful. The snow glowed.
That was the best time for sledding too. We had a giant, aggressively-pitched hill that was the most fun. Itνs still big to me even today, so I know it wasnνt imagined merely because of our size.
I also love it when it is seemingly cloudless, with the sun shining brilliantly, and it's snowing. The light bouncing off the flakes as they float around is pure magic.

no one likes holding MY cold hands. they jerk back and exclaim, "wow, your hands are COLD!" nothing like the obvious.
i bet dog owners like the snow cuz they can get away with not scooping (until it melts, and then the evidence appears!).

i still hold to my original theory, that when it snows the air is actually warmer because the coldness is concentrated in the snowflakes! IT IS THE TRUTH!!!

Here's another one to the list.
11) Once you get over the fear of walking and stomping in snow, it's like walking in sand at the beach.
