Earlier this week at work, our laser printer changed rooms. Today I sent some things to the laser printer in its new location. However, by habit I walked into the old room. But I forgot why I walked into the old room. So it was a double mistake. Not only did i walk into the old room, I forgot why I was walking around.
Someone asked me, "how old are you?"
"28," i replied.
She jestered back, "You're too old to be forgetting things."
And here's the fun response, "We are always forgetful throughout our entire life. It's just that as we get older, we become more wise and learn what we are becoming forgetful about."
Good thing this got written down and not forgotten!
