floor tiles looks like a weaving

The alternating floor tile pattern looks like a weaving. I wonder if this was the intention when alternating tiles were first invented.

To see what a I mean, look at the floor pattern and look at just one pair of rectangles going in one direction. Then continue to look horizontally across and watch how that line connects across. Imagine how the pattern would continue underneath the other tiles going vertically.

that floor is from Burger King. I recognize it any where. I was going to do a whole series of fast food restaurant floors. Burger King was where I got the idea.

WRONG! It is not from Burger King. Perhaps the King of Burgers does have this same flooring, but this photo is taken from another fast food restaurant. Please guess again.

WOW! good guess Hannah! Bad guess moose! It is Subway! Specifically, the Subway that is just off Michigan Ave in Chicago... I think it's like Grand Ave and Michigan Ave.
