My vote is on R4-A22, just cuz he's got a funkier head than the rest.

I'd have to go with RF-A22 as well for the same reason ... all the others look pretty much the same ... now if R2-D2 were in the mix [and I still don't understand why he's not, maybe it's a licensing thing!] I'd pick him just because he was the first.

the ad on this page is selling droids for seven bucks each. that's cool. though it doesn't say how big they are.
r4-a22 is my favorite starwars charecter

I'm not sure which one to go with. R4-A22 looks cool but guess what - R4 units are generally unsuitable for space travel due to a lack of suitable features and so he works in a slummy place like Dexter's Diner. R3-T2 has enhanced memory (this is a true fact) and can enhance or sabotage hyperdrives, but he looks kind of boring. R2-Q2 has a cool color scheme but the shape is too standard. The only cool thing about R2-C4 is the red eye. I'm not sure what to say about R3-T6.
