Another example: See how many times you can spin around. My first try I got 13 spins. Then I got 20 spins! oh yeah! It's fun when you walk out of the elevator all dizzy.

Do whatever you like, just be sure to give a big smile and a wave to the security camera before exiting the elevator.

The elevator doors in my building are mirrored. You can imagine.

I'm on an off with being able to touch my knees. What really helps is to stretch your back too. It's not just your legs preventing you from touching your knees, it's your back too. Sometimes at work if my lower back hurts, i'll sit in my chair, then put my hands on the ground (while still sitting), and then grab the front legs of my chair. And then slowly move back to grab the back legs of my chair. And try to go further and further back.
A good elevator stretch is to put your foot up on the hand rail, and try to touch your toes.

Ha! And then I wind up on my butt reaching for the 'call help' button.
