I am confused. There's a retail location shared by DD and BR? And there's different workers employed exclusively by each company? Are the BR people allowed to sell donuts? Are the DD people allowed to sell ice cream? Who cleans the tables? Who locks the door each night? So many questions.
The people who work at these DD/BR combos are multi-talented acrobats. Walking the high-wire of donuts, but then also flipping through the air of ice cream, all the while making Fruit Blast Smoothie Strawberries.

It was a simple mocha iced coffee ordered but the cashier was apparently somewhere else. He just kept coming back to ask me over and over again what I ordered and it was showing on the receipt.

I been a DD costomer for the last 10 years. I have a DD coffee in the morning and afternoon every day. I love the DD coffee and it makes my day.
The people at the Route 22 East DD store in Somerville are just great. The know how I like my DD coffee.

I'm very much pleased and impressed with the help of 851 Yonker Ave Dunkin Donuts store's employees, specially the manager Mubasshera Mayat. He is very much friendly, helpful and caring. She is always smiling with her guests. As I'm an old customer, I know other employees there and I can understand they are happy with the manager Mubasshera Mayat.

While dunkin donuts in perryville is a great location for one I wish some of the staff where more friendly and considerit. While @ that location several of my friends where enjoying our coffee and donuts the tall male was sweeping aand then proceeded to mop the floors right under and around our feet while we were trying to enjoy our morning break. What made it worse was he never even asked if we would mind if he did and of course the mop water had chemicals and it made for a unpleasant experience. How rude!!!!!!

The Albany Medical Center has a DD in it, and a great cup of coffee with a shot or two of French Vanilla or Mocha and half and half makes days a lot sunny-er. Thank you Albany Med and Dunkin Donutsfor making this patient's stay much nicer!

We go there quite often. When we do, we are usually served by Sazied and when he looks our way, I hold up one or two fingers because we always get the same thing and he knows just what to make. This is in store # 330305 and we love going there.

i am very faithful when it comes to going to dunkin donuts. i make sure to stop in every day sometimes twice a day. the cashiers are always friendly andt the one i go to more than others they know me when i walk in the door and can make my iced coffee perfect. its not always the cashier that makes the customers day and keeps them coming back. the customers as well can make the cashiers have a greart day and that is my mission every day i walk in the door!! like they say america runs on dunkin

Last sunday I was at the drive through at the Richmond DD, and hepurchased my order. On Tuesday I realized I could not find my credit card and realized DD was the last place I used it. I called the Richmond store and was pleased to be talking to Arthur, whom I believe was the mamager. He asked for a # on my DD receipt and my phone # and said he would check the video to see if the employee had handed me back my credit card. He took the time to call me back and told me what car I was in and assured me that she handed it to me. He suggested that I check my car over carefully, because I did put it somewhere on the console. Sure enough, it ended up n the side pocket in the door. I did call him back to thank him for going above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. Bravo for Arthur and the Richmond Gang !

The new Dunkin Donuts on Taylor Ave. still need some work. They dont understand the importance of good & speedy service. In the morning most people are on there way to work so you dont have 5 to 10 minutes to wait in lineor the drive through well one person do everything & you have 2 or 3 people standing around doind nothing. Two of the last 5 times i went were ok only cause the manger was there & was working, but the others are either not work completely, too young to understand good work ethics, or just dont care.

I just want Duncan Doughnuts to know that I am so happy that you have re-opened your store. I am a regular that comes in at different times of the day. The people who work there are so helpful for the most part. I do have a few complaints on two ladies that work there. The lady at the drive through Christina has been rude and at times on her cell phone and singing loudly with another lady there. That I don't like it makes things uncomfortable. However, Victoria is always a pleasure to see. She is so cheerful and smiley. Keep up the good work.

Went to your store #348004 @1021 HWy 321 Lenoir City. I was serviced by Danny P. at register #2. I am 62 yrs old and requersted a Senior Citizen discount. I purchased two med. coffees
combo w/ two donuts for each coffee. The Mgr was an Indian gentleman and he informed me that my combo purchase was already discounted and I did not get a senior discount. First of all I am an avid DD customer and have never been treated so rudely.. It was like I was trying to take money from his pocket. Have never been refused before. Needless to say I was unhappy, as was my husband. We travel sometines 68 miles to get a DD coffee and a muffin. Foolish as this may sound we recently relocated to Rome, GA (No DD in town, nor for 62 miles) from MA (two DD in town)Then the cashier kept my reciept. At any rate, just thought I would regiuster my complaint.
