What are polka dots?
What do you think polka dots are? I like to think they are lots smiley faces. Or a group of planets. Or a circle party. Or bubbles in bubble tea. Other people online don't have the same vision for polka dots. Do a google search for "What are polka dots?," and you'll get these answers:

Polka dots are a pattern, either regular or random, of circles, or dots, that may be different sizes or all uniform in size.

They all answer about a visual description of them. But what about an interpretative description? Polka dots can be lots of things. They can be the white candy things on top of Sno-Caps. The holes of a speaker cap. A bunch of poker chips. A group of rolled-up hedgehogs.
