i'm pretty sure you'd just end up with a head of dry, sticky hair.
you'd also run the risk of having birds fly into your head, not being able to see it.

Sticky? I'm not so sure. Windex is great at cleaning up sticky stuff. If birds are going to slam into my head, I guess I won't try it. I don't want those diseased things anywhere near me, let along slamming into my sparkling clean head.
