no, i mean don't pop it. just cook it like normal corn. the issue here is the very essence of the corn. it doesn't "fork" well in its popped state. but it does "fork" well in its cooked state. it's all about the state.
or you could just try a spoon.

Well, you already know my method for that technique, My method is to put the popped kernels on and in between the tines of the fork. The method works, but what is the point if you have to pick up kernel to put it on the fork. Once you pick it up, you should just pop it in your mouth.

Actually, this was invented while I was out at a bar, Lizzie McNeill's by the river. They have one of those popcorn carts. I love scooping out the popcorn from the old fashioned cart. (It also gives me an excuse to get up and walk over to the other side of the bar, just like the "
well-timed washroom break.")
