Name a cartoon character born on another planet in our solar system

Mars is a pretty cool planet, because Marvin Martian lives on it. Can you name any other planets that have a cartoon character that was either born or lives there? There's the Great Gazoo (from the Flintstones), but he's from the planet Zetox. How about planets in our solar system?

Wasn't the opposing team of Monstars from "Space Jam" from another planet? I don't know which one though ... or even if the planet was in our solar system.
