product mobiles

In just one morning, both the Hershey Kisses-mobile and the Peeps-mobile appeared across the street.

Earlier this year, I saw the Chuck Woolery mobile. Last year, I saw the Pepperidge Farm Goldfish mobile. So then it got me thinking about what other different product mobiles are out there.

* Oscar Meyer Weinermobile
* Hershey's Kissmobile [seen]
* Marshmellow Peepsmobile [seen]
* Pepperidge Farm Goldfish mobile [seen]
* Chuck Woolery mobile [seen]
* Meow Mixmobile
* Spammobile
I wonder what other product mobiles are out there (or should be out there).

There is Red Bull Mobile in Denver, it's a van that looks like a giant can of Red Bull.

I saw the PeepMobile at the All Candy Expo this past spring. I wanted to drive it. I saw the Meow Mix Mobile at the summer fest "Taste of Randolph Street" AND at the National Hardware Show. Why it was at the Hardware Show I have no idea. There's a Kellogg's Cereal Mobile with Tony the Tiger, Dig 'Em the Frog, and Toucan Sam.

I don't like the idea of a cereal mobile. That's just too much of a jumble of things. It's like mixing together Frosted Flakes, Sugar Smacks, and Fruit Loops into one bowl of cereal.

It's not called the "Peepsmobile", it's the "Peeps Fun Bus" as stated on the peeps website at: http://www.marshmallowpeeps.com/50_anniversary/fun_bus.html

According to their schedule, the peeps bus was supposed to be in New Orleans this week, not Chicago. The Chicago appearance was made in May 12-18. Am I living in a time warp or New Orleans?

I still want to drive it, no matter what it's called.

I have to agree, I would much rather see a Tony the Tiger SVA ;^] or Toucan Sam Jaguar or Dig 'Em Mini Cooper than one all-inclusive cerealmobile, but there you have it.

My question is why are the photos you've taken of the Goldfish, The Kisses, and the "Peeps Fun Bus" [gack!] all on Wacker Drive?

Is the "fun bus" headquarters in Illinois Center? Maybe so! Perhaps what you saw were not "official" appearances, so need to worry about being in New Orleans [which wouldn't be a BAD thing, would it?] or in a time warp.

I think Wacker Drive is a time warp to another dimension.

HA! Piggly Wiggly! I've actually heard of them, but I've never seen them. One of my best friends is from the South, I think they have them there too.
