Have entered about 15 codes over last three months with no success - not even a lousy T- shirt. I don't think its a scam but it is a contest designed to avoid paying out (like slot machines). There may be 23 winning H3 caps but the person who opens the cap has to be motivated enough to go on line and sign up. I can't imagine that even 1 in 10 people do that.

PS - I love the fact that you need to send a SASE to get a winners list. Why not make the names available on line? Because email is so much easier and mailing the SASE requries someone to actually do something.
