Comcast... Chicago... positive experience? I guess take what you can! :) Unfortunately as others have commented on, I am not the only one surprised to hear this. Comcast has a very good offering, when it works. When it doesn't, then the experience can be mixed.

Tanner and Mike-- Yeah, actually someone else here at work said that Comcast's tech support was really good too. I went to their office on North Avenue yesterday, and they were nice there too. No lines. And they were willing to answer my silly questions about what all the stacked up modems in the back were for. (I thought they were all victims of the storm, but instead it was people who terminated their service and returned the modem). And total side note from that day. On the bus ride home (north ave bus going west) there was this crazy bug that looked like a leaf, only it had legs! This woman was scard out of her bazookers and she stomped on it! I was sad for the bug. I asked her to not step on it. But she was too crazed by its existence.
