Some scientists feel we have 90-minute cycles of creativity. Because it's impossible to know where in this cycle you are at any given time, you have work at least that length of time - the longer the better - before you hit your creative stride.

That's really interesting, especially the correlation between a night's sleep benefitting you NOT the next day, but the day after...

that's all bull shit. it's amazing to see how people try to develop formulas for creativity. Creativity is too elusive for such standards. 90 minutes this. 90 minutes that. 6 hours this 60 hours 45 minutes that. what a bunch of hooey!!
