The missing shoe will not appear on his foot, like duh, the shoe is missing.
Only one prize per person.
There are 134 photos of Mr.T in Chicago. There are 5 that contain the missing shoe. If you find all 5 missing shoes, then you will recieve the highly sought after D-E-L-U-X-E prize. But all you need to find is one picture with a shoe to get a normal prize.
