D E S K T O P
QuarkXPress 3.32
Powerhouse program that brings all the pups together
Plus it's nice how it's Applescriptable. ^

Adobe Illustrator 8.0
I love this program! It has enabled me to develop my style of illustration. I love how I can quickly produce artwork.
Here's a neat trick. Y'know the box at the bottom left of each document window? Option-click on it and you'll get a bunch of goofy options. My favorites: the phase of the moon and the number of times you clicked your mouse on the canvas in Illustrator. ^

Adobe Photoshop 5.5
Of course, the defining program for all photo manipulation. I enjoy occasionally bring my Illustrator artwork into Photoshop for further manipulations. I also LOVE how it integrates with ImageReady. ^

Adobe Streamline 3.0
This program has saved me a lot of time for some projects. Yeah, I've heard people say lots of bad stuff about this program. Ya just gotta know when to use it. (and of course how to use it) ^

Macromedia Freehand 5.5
I grew up on Freehand while at IWU. Ahh, the memores. ^

I N T E R N E T
HTML
I learned HTML from ground up. I used to handwrite all my code! And hand organize all my files. Oh geez. Thank God for GoLive. ^

Adobe ImageReady 2.0
This program rocks for web images! Oh my. Being able to preview several different options for image optimization is incredible. The animation feature is awesome as well. It really makes creating web banners a whole ton easier.^

Adobe GoLive 5.0
This program is an absolute godsend. I can't give it enough praise. ^

Adobe PageMill 2.0
I tried PageMill before I used GoLive. Let me tell you, GoLive kicks its butt! ^

Macromedia Shockwave
I learned Director while in school. Every once in a while. I like to play around and create some fun Director files and some Shockwave files to keep my skills in this application up. See asdf. ^

BBEdit Lite 4.1
This is the program that I used when I was handwriting code. I loved it's find and replace feature for multiple files. Of course, GoLive does that and then some. ^

GifBuilder 0.5
A handy program to create animated gifs. Animated gifs can be alot of fun, but viewer beware. ^

some JavaScript
I've dipped my hands into some JavaScript here and there. I was being all rambutous and I bought the JavaScript Bible thinking I was gonna read the whole thing. If I only had the time. ^

M U L T I - M E D I A
Macromedia Director 5.0
See note on Shockwave above. ^

Adaptec Toast 3.5
Great program to burn CDs and become my own publisher. ^

E T . C E T E R A
AppleScript
This is an exciting new area for me. I see alot of potential here. Currently I am developing several applications: a timesheet program, and a program that will automatically take my email from Artiwu and put it into a database where it will then be emailed out in a digest every week, put into a weekly fax, and a monthly snail mail letter. I currently running a very simple program that I run every morning that opens all my heavily used applications and checks my email. ^

Birmy PowerRip 3.1
Fantastic Rip program from work for the Epson Color printer. This program can be a bit confusing, but once you tame the beast, ooo, boy it can rip butter so smooth. ^

FileMaker Pro 4.1
I've used this program to create Sales Solutions's client database and vendor database. This program satisfies the logic side of brain. There's just something neat when I set up all these relationships and value lists, and lookups. ^

Norton Utilities 3.5
What a shame that they took out the neat-o animation of the doctor examining the disk. Hmph. Hey, at least it runs all the tests simulataneously now. ^

Plug-in Scan 3.5
Simpy scanning program used through Photoshop. ^

DeskScan II
Another simpy scanning program. It can be used through Photoshop or on it's own. Be careful on the resolution. When it says 300 DPI, it actually scans at 100 DPI. ^

QuickBooks
This is what I inputted Sales Solutions financials into. It really sucks that they have dropped the Macintosh format. It even sucks more that when they released a fix for the Y2K problem, now you can't convert the files to PC format or an earlier format. ^

Quicktake 1.0
Ah, yes. The beginnings of digital camera land. ^

Microsoft Office
Yeah, anyone should know this ^

ClarisWorks 4.0
Very simple and nice. Word programming, spreadsheets and databases. ^

mechanical drafting
Oh, hey. This ain't a computer program. I am still from the old school of drafting tables. In fact, in high school I competed in the state competetion for drafting. ^

PMT machine imaging
Ah yes, the big ol' beast that creates camear ready art. ^

B&W film and print processing
My dad teaches photography at Chicago State University and the Beverly Art Center. So of course I know how to do this. ^
