This week is National Egg Salad Week, but then May is National Egg Month. Wouldn’t it make eggcellent sense if National Egg Salad Week was in the same month as the National Egg Month?

Seems a tad backwards to me … shouldn’t National Egg Month come before or contain National Egg Salad week? Or is that too logical? Is June National Custard Month? Now I want an Egg Salad Sandwich and Pot de Creme for dessert 😛
Depends on whether or not you think french fries and hash browns are the same thing…. or would potato chips and baked potatos be a better analogy?
Hmm, I don’t think there is a National Potato Month, but there is a National Potato Day: August 7.
September is National Potato Month … at least according to a few resources I have.

Or at lesta wouldn’t it make sense if egg salad week fell the week after Easter? (all those hard boiled, died eggs need to be eatten afterall)
