Experience their work at more than 150 exhibitions, open studio tours, demonstrations, workshops, discussions and other events taking place at galleries, museums, parks, cultural centers and artists studios throughout the city. Art Connects This year s Chicago Artists Month theme, Art Connects, looks at artists’ networks – their connections with each other, with collectors, galleries and their communities. Through their work, artists also forge important connections across cultures, disciplines and boundaries. Programs are free unless otherwise noted, and listings include the nearest Chicago Transit Authority bus and rail routes.
