Why eat ice cream when it’s hot outside? Does it really cool you down? If anything, I find it stressful trying to prevent my ice cream cone from melting. I would much rather have an ice cream cone out in the cold where I won’t have to worry about it melting.
I feel more at one with the cold weather. It’s cold outside, and you are eating something cold. They work together.
When eating an ice cream cone in the heat, it’s like you are denying the heat’s nature of being hot. You are trying to defeat the heat. I’d rather partner with the heat, and eat something hot, like a hot dog.
Life lesson: Eat your hot dogs when it’s hot; eat your ice cream when it’s cold.
