yah, the concept is good (i mean that pets should be neutered to cut down on unwanted therefore abandoned animals), but on a stamp? on your letters? i guess they think that when you mail your electric bill, the minimum-wage computer operator that processes your payment will notice the stamp and think, “you know, i never did get Fido fixed. i’ll take him to the vet tomorrow. thank goodness the Post Office created that stamp to remind me!”
