what if I got a Chicago seal tattoo? What would the City of Chicago do about that? I always wanted to get a giant bald eagle tattoo across my enitre back. (What’s the point a getting a tiny tattoo on your ankle? If you gonna tattoo, then tattoo!) A year ago I decided that a ruler tattoo would be cooler.
