It probably WAS Sangria back in the day, but ever since they put shorts on the Kool-Aid Man, I’m sure the contents of his pitcher have been replaced with the real deal kiddy mocktail Kool-Aid. Le sigh

I didn’t even realize he had pants now. Sheesh. Does his leg placement seem odd to anyone else? He looks like he’s part arachnid. Just missing some limbs.

There is a commercial currently airing where Kool-Aid is log-rolling with a 2 litre bottle of Cola while a fishing father and son look on in disbelief. Their expressions are priceless, but it’s Kool-Aid Man in cargo shorts that has me looking on in disbelief everytime I see it. I mean, I know the U.S. was founded by puritans, but putting pants on Kool-Aid Man is just ridiculous. He is definitely out of proportion in clothes.

I think I’ve seen it… I don’t recall the shorts though. I did a google image search, and it is extra ridiculous.

He has worn jean shorts and cargo shorts and even short sleeve shirts! He is a fashion victim to be sure! Maybe putting him in clothes prevents him from crashing through walls; afterall, if he did, he’d ruin those horrible clothes. What’s next Kool Aid Man? Sandles with socks?

Perhaps he’s made of Pyrex.

Why do you know how much repairing an alley damaged by a radiator dropped from the 2nd floor would cost? 😛
