if you stretch your hand out making your thumb and little finger as far apart as possible — that’s roughly 8 inches.
mine’s only 7.5″
Sarah, at first glance I thought you were talking about stretching my middle finger to be eight inches long. My thumb / pinky finger span is 8.375 inches. Laura, I’m talking one inch tall, not wide. Those would be some super fat fingers if they were one inch wide!
do i have small hands? or are the rest of you just freakishly giant-handed? my fingers are super limber, from years of piano-playing. don’t mess with me, or you might find them around your neck. whoa!
Have you measured them after a long shower when they get all pruny? You may need to compensate for water shrinkage.
Oh shrinkage. Good point. Also, did you know that you are taller in the morning, and your spine slowly compresses itself throughout the day?
