I should start signing my emails with maπ
Or I could be all sly and sign them ma3.14
Or even more dorkiful:

(thanks to Lisa S. for the maπ idea)

I will call you mapie.
what are you talking about Matt?
I think it’s funny how the pi symbol doesn’t display consistently.. at all. In my browser title it shows “map” (the letter “p”), in the tab though, it shows ma(pi symbol). In this font though, the pi symbol loon like an “n” or a crowded “r” and “i”.. In the email notification for comments though – the email subject is “A response to your post at: ma& #960;” in the email it’s “ma(A with an accent over it)” Perhaps I should call you “ma and number 960”? Also, can you get rid of the “Show my email address” checkbox below? Why would anyone choose that, other than accidentally when they’re going to click one of the other 2?
*looks like (not “loon like”)
should we be calling you “ma pie” from now on?
You’re welcome, Maπ!!! I’m a little miffed that I can’t do something equally as cool with my name. Except for maybe using a 5 in place of the s. Meh.
I’m lost
What chu lost about, Tom? Is your ‘puter displaying the pi sign correctly?
Apparently not. I wasn’t seeing the link between m-a-n and m-a-“pi”, but now that I know that is what is it supposed to be, I’m down with it … but I’ll stick to calling spudart “Mattastic” 😉
moose, that would be mapi, not mapie.
