I want to create tickets for whenever people complain about how cold it is outside. It’s Chicago, people. Deal with it.
- They would look very official
- Yet they would also be very humorous (so not to offend people at work)
- It would say something about how you live in chicago, deal with it.
- I would record the current weather conditions on each ticket
What should the fine be?

i think you should just throw ice at those cry babies.
The fine could be a brisk jot around the block in the cold to warm up their lazy blood.
i like how your fine is very long to say. That would be very humourous on a ticket.
I think the fine should be a pacifier. If the complainers want to be whining babies, then a pacifier is perfect…plus it will shut them up.
Pacifiers almost make it like an award. Do policemen hand out trophies? Complainers should do hard time.
Pacifiers perceived as an award? Not unless you’re a club kid.
throw ice.
the fine should be stomping on their earmuffs until they crack.
do people still wear earmuffs? i think whoever wears earmuffs should be required to wear legwarmers at the same time. I think that is just punishment.
I handed out a verbal ticket last night as I was walking home in the cold rain. I was the only [crazy?”> guy without an umbrella smiling as I made my way home.
