Below is a screengrab from my news feed on facebook. I have to admit I’ve fallen to the “You’ve Been Chosen” line in the sponsored ad.
“Me? Chosen? Wow. I’m special.” So I clicked through the ad and signed up for this email newsletter from Thrillist. Although I have to admit the body text intrigued me as well.

Wow! Facebook has a lot of things to offer than other social network sites.
One time I d received an email stating I ve been chosen in raffle to claim $1,000,000.00. Of course I feel flattered on it but the content of the letter really confusing me. I didn t remember I ve joining any contest or raffle for me to won.
Have you found out what you’ve been chosen for? I hope it’s something really good. Not some crappy scam!
I like that Thrillist logo. They have you lined up in their target scope.
You’ve now signed up for a daily e-mail that they will *never* stop sending, no matter if you make daily requests! They’re not horrible though, sometimes interesting, but they usually include two funny photos which make it somewhat acceptable. 🙂
