The city of Chicago does not allow the sale of spray paint (anti-graffitti measures). So whenever i go to the burbs to buy spray paint, i feel like i’m going to the black market to purchase it.
Kinda like the inverse of weed. You go to the inner city because they sell it out in the open. Yet when you try to but it in the burbs, you gotta know somebody to get it and its all hush hush. I guess that why the cats in the burbs dont go to jail for weed and the urban cats do.
