“That would be a great treat to have White Castle’s in downtown Chicago. Maybe even in the building that looks like a White Castle on top!”
~Jean Scott, Chicago

Here’s an email I wrote to white castle in 2001.
Why not? We already have a Chili’s and a Red Lobster.
We have White Castles out here in the burbs. Ha! At last, something the burbs can claim as their own. I refuse to sign the petition. White Castle should not touch foot in dirty downtown. jk. Actually, I don’t like white castle. But i haven’t had a slider in many years. maybe i should give them another chance. Did you know the building just south of the Sears Tower is the headquarters for White Castle. Look at the top of the building. They made it look like a castle.
I heard that building downtown (311 South Wacker) spews out castle burgers into the sky at night.
I live near 311 S. Wacker, and it’s true
the pigeons love it
pigeons are capable of love?
Pigeons are capable of shit. And sometimes love is shit.
Having spent a year working at WC I have to say that I’m not sure why people eat them who aren’t drunk. Because at least when you’re drunk you aren’t noticing that you’re clerk has a huge smile on your burger, or that your slider is extra slippery.
