It’s so much easier to eat ice cream out of the container with a fork rather than a spoon. A fork is able to really dig in.

when i eat ice cream out of the bucket, i like to skim the surface of the ice cream rather than digging my spoon into the bucket. I don’t like creating craters in the bucket. I like the surface to be as even as possible.
oh i like to leave the surface very smooth and even for my butter. Craters in butter is just gross.
I just slice pats of butter off the end of the stick. No scrapes, holes or craters
but a fork makes it harder to savor.
