I’m trying to find a particular Christmas song that I put onto a CD mixtape back in 2007. I still have the CD.

I played the song for Apple’s Siri. But Shazam Music couldn’t find the song. A search online for the lyrics also comes up empty.
Since this song doesn’t exist anywhere online, I played the CD on a Discman through my speakers. I held up my iPhone to the speakers and recorded it. The quality isn’t super, but it gives you an idea of what the song sounds like. You can listen to it via Dropbox. It’s sung by someone with a very, very deep voice.
I figured I’d post the lyrics online in case someone knows this song.
Ho, ho, ho is the jolliest sound,
when the Christmas season rolls around.Ho, ho, ho is the very, very laugh of Santa Claus.
Every street has a helper or two,
with a voice that cheers you through and through.Ho, ho, ho is the very, very laugh of Santa Claus.
Even if you don’t have a chimney, Santa comes on Christmas Eve
Brings you presents, fills your stocking, and should you hear him leave.Ho, ho, ho will be echoing clear,
as the last of the reindeer disappear.Ho, ho, ho is the very, very laugh of Santa Claus.
Even if you don’t have a chimney, Santa comes on Christmas Eve,
brings you presents, fills your stocking, and should you hear him leave,Ho, ho, ho, we’ll be echoing clear as the last of the reindeer disappear.
Ho, ho, ho is the very merry laugh of Santa Claus.
Ho, ho, ho, we’ll be echoing clear
as the last of the reindeer disappear.Ho, ho, ho is the very merry laugh
Ho, ho, ho is the very merry laugh
Ho, ho, ho is the very merry laugh of Santa Claus.Ho, ho, ho!
If you have any ideas about who sings this song, please let me know in the comments. Thank you!
Answer
Steve Tanner, owner of an extremely large holiday MP3 collection, came up with the answer.

And he also reminded me of the source. I most likely got this mp3 from Steve. The timing makes sense. He has a 2006 playlist. In 2007, I burn the song to a CD mix. Thank you, Steve!
