Interpreting a John Cage score

What would this musical score sound like? The Museum of Contemporary Art posted a photo of a score by John Cage and asked people what it would sound like.

See that circular part of the score? Here’s what it could mean:

I love how the staff gets all tangled after the circular part. If the staff allowed itself to go full circle, it would be like a song on endless loop. But since the staff gets tangled, that would be like the instrument braking apart. Thus that part of the score would be a potential infinite sing that ends only by the destruction all sound created by the instrument.

That’s the comment I left on the instagram photo. What do you think this score would sound like?
