He sold his sea farm to the Thomas’ university and lives there now. | ![]() John Quincy the seahorse Served in the seahorse house of representatives. He became an important antislavery seahorse voice in the Congress. |

He had been wounded so frequently that it’s said he "rattles like a bag of marbles." | ![]() Martin the seahorse Friends with the barnburners and free soilers, Martin opposes seahorse slavery being expanded into the west oceans. Martin travels extensively to Europe. And likes to spend time with his grandchildren. | ![]() William the seahorse Likes to talk for hours. Cat! You are brilliant–and correct! These are presidential seahorses. They are based from what each American president did in retirement. Now that these seahorses are no longer in the big wild sea, they are now retired in a smaller sea, but still under the public eye. It’s interesting to see what each president did after being president. What does each personality truly enjoy doing? How did the office of the presidency effect the rest of their lives. How do they react? These are interesting things to discover, so I used the seahorses to give a glimpse into this window. Much like how we can now glimpse into a window and see the lives of seahorses.
