I just finished organizing our paper samples cabinet at work. We have four lateral file drawers full of paper samples and paper swatch books. All the samples are now dated and any new stuff will get a date, so we can eventually toss out old archaic samples and swatches.
If feels really good to organize that stuff. We’ll see how long it stays organized. I think the current system will work out pretty good. Plus, doing this helps to teach me more about all the different paper out there.
