4/2/24 is the first palindrome day of 2024. The best time to celebrate palindrome days? At noon, of course.
Coincidentally, it’s also National Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich Day. To honor both occasions, create the ultimate palindrome PBJ sandwich.
- Begin by spreading peanut butter on each slice of bread.
- Next, add the jelly, ensuring the peanut butter frames the jelly in the middle.
Boom! Palindrome PBJ.
Bread, peanut butter, jelly, jelly, peanut butter, bread.
YAY!

Do they make food markers? I wanted to simply write 4/2/24 on the bread. Instead I used carrot slices. They were surprisingly easy to chop up into numbers.
There are non-toxic Crayola markers for kids. But it feels weird actually consuming something written with a Crayola marker.
Also, this is probably the most peanut butter and jelly I ever put onto a sandwich. Normally I put a thin layer of each onto the bread. But this needed to be photogenic so you can see the PB and J oozing out the side.
nice carrots! It’d be cool if they were made out of pine and you could sell ’em on etsy.
I enjoyed eating the carrot numbers. I’m not sure the pine would taste as good.
Although, seriously. Looking up this notion of selling pine block numbers on Etsy. I searched on Etsy for: wood numbers blocks. Whoa. there are a lot of results. None like the type of blocks I was thinkinging about. Changing the search to: pine numbers. Funny how they are mostly address numbers.
