I thought this was common knowledge, but SOMEONE (and you know who you are) thinks that the term “skelbow” is made up. Y’know… the inside part of your elbow?
Also for a few minutes i thought that it was fascinating that you could not actually SEE your elbow. But then someone pointed out to me that if you straighten your arm, then you can see your elbow. Well, there goes THAT idea.
i have never heard of “skelbow.”
Nobody at my work has heard of this either. I so must have woke up in the wrong universe at some point, because this is SO totally a REAL word. Isn’t this common knowledge? I’m SO in the wrong universe right now. How do i get back?
is this a family nickname for this body part? maybe it’s a made-up kid word.
Are you sure that that is it’s proper medical name?..I am a bit skeptical.
It’s something that I remember hearing a long-time ago. Grade school? High school? At that point it was like just common knowledge. Now I am searching for this hidden cultural group that propagated this folktale knowledge.
It’s when you skin your elbow. I thinks it’s a Fast Times at Ridgemont High reference.
