When you go to Google Maps and look up the Chicago White Sox ballpark (U.S. Cellular Field), it looks like a toilet. How appropriate.

The darn thing is nothing more than a place for my brown trash.
oh, that’s good. i love it. i always knew that A.J. Pierzinski was a terd.
Yeah, and Frank Thomas finally got flushed out of the toilet. He was the Big Crap.
Yeah, the Big Crap clogged the toilet, so Kenny “the hanger” Williams had to come in unclog the Big Crap.
Cellular Field is full of doodie heads!
LMAO! It does! I sat in that bowl once.
I sat on it a couple times too, had a crappy time.
That ballpark is a great place to take kids. I wouldn’t ever sit in the upper deck, thats where the crap is. And all you loser cub fans can have the hell hole wrigley field. What a dump!
Poor Craig doesn’t know anything about baseball. Craig, Major League Baseball wasn’t meant to be played in boring, bland, vanilla ballparks. Just look at the paltry attempts Chairman Reinsdorf has made in “renovating” The Cell in recent years. He has recognized that The Cell is dull and vacuous and has attempted to put lipstick on his pig. And look at ALL the new stadiums after New Comiskey was built: Oriole Park at Camden Yards Ameriquest Field Jacobs Field Coors Field Comerica Park Safeco Field Minute Maid Park SBC Park Miller Park PNC Park Great American Ballpark Petco Park Citizens Bank Park Busch Stadium III ALL of these stadiums are built in the style and spirit found in Wrigley Field. None of these stadiums were built in the spirit of The Cell. I just don’t understand why Sox fans have to be so ignorant and can’t except the fact that their ballpark is the last of the impersonal and cold stadiums. The Cell is in the class of Veterans Stadium, Exhibition Stadium (Toronto), Tropicana Field, Cleveland Municipal Stadium, and Milwaukee County Stadium.
And I don’t want to hear about how Sox fans go to The Cell to watch baseball. That they don’t go to admire a ball park. If anything, The Cell diminishes the experience of watching and following a baseball game. See these blog entries for more on that: http://www.unlikelymoose.com/blog/more-reasons-why-i-dont-like-white-sox-6// http://www.unlikelymoose.com/blog/more-reasons-why-i-dont-like-white-sox-2// http://www.unlikelymoose.com/blog/more-reasons-why-i-dont-like-white-sox-3// http://www.unlikelymoose.com/blog/more-reasons-why-i-dont-like-white-sox-4// http://www.unlikelymoose.com/blog/more-reasons-why-i-dont-like-white-sox-5// The reason why a true baseball fan enjoys Wrigley and all the modern-day retro parks is that they enhance the baseball experience. Sox fans are so obsessed with Wrigley masking the baseball experience. That it somehow replaces the baseball experience. Nonsense. Sox fans need to get a clue as to what baseball is all about. And I don’t want to hear that the Sox are the best team in baseball and that the cubs are worst team. That’s a seperate discussion. This discussion is focused on the ballparks, not the teams.
