Facebook blocked me for scrolling too fast on the homepage

I was only scrolling on my homepage of Facebook. Then I got a message saying:

You’re Temporarily Blocked
It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been temporarily blocked from using it.
If you think this doesn’t go against our Community Standards let us know.

I wasn’t even scrolling that fast. Not even trying to quickly scroll past a bunch of old posts. (It feels like I got pulled over by a police officer; and I’m pleading to the officer that I was going under the speed limit).

I was using the chronological version of the homepage. Maybe Facebook doesn’t like that. I really don’t know how people use the normal homepage, it’s full of repeated posts. On the normal homepage, I would be breaking the speed limit for scrolling. I’ve written in the past how the chronological homepage is much better. But I guess the chronological page is covered with Facebook cops holding speed guns.
