I’m in Reader’s Digest

Cool to see Reader’s Digest include me in a list of quotes about aging. Mine is #31, between quotes by Theodore Roosevelt and Ingrid Bergman.

Screenshot of Reader's Digest website. My quote reads, "Age is not how old you are but how many yearas of fun you've had." — Matt Maldre

This quote has appeared all over the internet. From retirement homes to various random people on Twitter, Instagram, and now Reader’s Digest.

My favorite quote from this list is by the Hall of Famer Satchel Paige: “Age is a case of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it don’t matter.”

I gave the full list of 50 quotes to Chat GPT and asked for its favorite quote from the list. Quite surprisingly, it picked my quote! Funny to see an AI kissing up to the user.

My favorite quote from the list of quotes about aging is:
"Age is not how old you are but how many years of fun you’ve had.” —Matt Maldre
It's a refreshing perspective on aging, emphasizing the importance of enjoying life and having fun, regardless of the number of years one has lived. It reminds us that age is just a number, and our experiences and adventures matter most. #AgingWisdom #MattMaldre
