Me to my brother @unlikelymoose, “You need to ride a bus. You don’t even have to drive the bus. You just get on and sit.”
Spudart readers, when was the last time you were on a bus?

Honestly, I don’t recall
This morning about 7:30am. CTA #134.
hmmm… for me it was 2006 when I was in San Diego. The buses were nice there. Not as systemized as Chicago, but still quite handy. We were there for a week and the only time we drove a car was when we drove out to the Wild Animal Park one day. Otherwise we planned around the bus and the train trolley thing. I love San Diego!
Tom! You can’t recall the last bus you were on? Wow! Get your bootie on a bus! Andre, yes! Moose, One of these days I’m gonna ride the PACE bus to your house. Oh this reminds me, I have an art performance project that involves buses. I’ll make it into a blog post. Hang onto your seats, kids. It’s a neat idea.
It must have been this past summer when I took the bus down Michigan Ave to a friend’s house for dinner. Then I took the same bus back up Michigan Ave and walked home from Mich @ Jackson. I’d almost fogotten that. I really don’t mind the bus, but I can walk anywhere I need to go faster than it takes a bus to show up and drive me there
Tom, on a side note, just today I was talking with Lisa (@rebelliousbird) and she was telling me about Tom Skilling’s forecast, and I totally thought she said Tom Saaristo’s forecast. Do you do weather forecasts?
I don’t do weather forecasts (though I am a big fan of The Weather Channel), but I do the traffic report for FOX from my balcony 😛
