I was just sitting on a bench in part of Millennium Park that is normally occupied by a giant family tent. Over the winter, the tent is removed, leaving a huge empty plaza.
The tiles on this plaza match the same tiles used under the Chicago Bean. In this panoramic photo, you can slightly see the Bean in the distance off to the left.
While I sat at this completely empty plaza, it made me think there should be a second Bean in this plaza. If there was The Bean version 2.0, what features could it have?
It’s kinda fun how the panoramic photo bends the lines in the plaza. The distorted lines end up looking like something you’d see in the Chicago Bean!
