Two questions:
1) Do I know you? (in real life or from online)
2) Do you administer a Facebook Fan Page?
If the answer to both questions are “yes” then I want to follow your Page, and actually read it on a daily basis!
Below is a list of all the people I know that administer Facebook Pages. Let me know if you are not on this list. I’ll add you.
—————————–
Original Content on Facebook Page (posts are not auto-generated by RSS feeds):
Art/Design/Crafts:
* Lavenderpop Gay Greeting Cards
Photography:
Music:
Etc:
* Brewster Rockit Space Guy: Comic Strip
* Encyclopaedia of an Ordinary Life
* I am a Michiganian, not a Goose
* Miami Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship
—————————–
Mix of feed-generated content and original content:
* Rule 29
—————————–
All automated content from RSS feeds:
* Kidology
* Vexillophilia Flags and Flag Fun
—————————–
Note, I want to know what pages you actually administer. Note if you simply work for that company. You must be the administer who makes posts on the page.
I’m sorry but if the majority of your Facebook Fan Page content is generated by RSS feeds, I won’t be reading your content on Facebook. Instead I subscribe to your RSS feed in Google Reader.
If it’s ok with you, I might even reblog some of your Fan Page content like I did a couple days ago with the National Archives of Chicago page: https://www.spudart.org/blogs/randomthoughts_comments/5305_0_3_0_C/ (That page is administered by my sister)

Thanks for your comment on Sean’s video, by the way! I appreciate it. And really enjoy your site–I’ve shared it with some friends. It’s good to see another Chicago creative info-sharing effort. TH
