What if our culture made it a tradition that you always took your paper receipt and folded it into an origami?
Forget that it would be pointless. Forget the time involved to do with with every transaction. This would simply be something that our culture would say that you do. And everyone does it.
Imagine all the origami that would be created. McDonalds workers would always be cleaning up origami creatures every day. Buckets and buckets of origami would be created at every restaurant and store every day.
People would become proficient masters of creating origami. People would share new techniques on how to make different and creative creatures. Everyone would learn the language of folding.
Everyone would realize the potential in small little things, like a simple paper receipt.
Sparxmind just reminded me of an article, Receipts May Expose Us to High Levels of BPA. Yipes.
